Prepare a follow-up workflow with Remy
Give each enquiry a clear next action without turning every conversation into another reminder to manage.

Look at one enquiry from start to finish
Choose an ordinary enquiry: where it arrived, what was discussed, why it mattered and what happened next. That example is a better starting point than a long list of CRM features.
Ariy Pipeline is configured around the records, connections and communication permissions agreed for your business. It does not need to replace every function of your CRM.
Map the decisions
- Where enquiries arrive and which system owns the customer record.
- What makes a useful opportunity and what should be held or declined.
- Who owns the next response, quote or decision.
- When a follow-up is helpful and when to stop.
- Which prices, promises and messages need approval.
- How replies, do-not-contact requests and exceptions change the next action.
Keep permission with the work
A next-action suggestion should carry the conversation context and applicable boundaries. Someone waiting for a quote needs a different response from someone who asked not to be contacted.
Test one complete path
Use approved test data and a safe recipient or isolated workflow. Confirm that an enquiry gets an owner, the next action appears when it is due, a reply changes the state, and a stop request prevents inappropriate follow-up.
Agree what you want to measure: missed next actions, response handling or useful outcomes. Opening an email alone does not prove interest, and no workflow can guarantee sales.
