Ariy&Co is a business operated by VoltSpan Ventures Inc. In this policy, “Ariy&Co,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VoltSpan Ventures Inc. when describing responsibility for personal information collected through the Ariy&Co business and ariy.co.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a project request, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, the services you are interested in, timing, and the details you include in your message.

When you use the website, our hosting, security, and analytics services may also process limited technical information such as browser or device information, pages viewed, timestamps, IP-related information, and diagnostic or performance data.

Why we use it

We use personal information only for reasonably connected purposes, including responding to enquiries, evaluating project requests, preparing recommendations or proposals, delivering and supporting services, maintaining client and business records, securing and improving the website, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use information submitted through a project enquiry for unrelated marketing unless you have consented or the communication is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and our business systems. These may include Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, and Resend for email delivery. We may also use other providers where needed to deliver a service you request.

Service providers are given access only as reasonably necessary for their role. Some providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Cookies and analytics

Ariy&Co may use essential browser storage, hosting logs, and privacy-conscious analytics to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site. We do not currently use the website to sell third-party advertising. If our use of tracking technologies changes materially, we will update this policy and introduce additional notice or consent controls where required.

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, an ongoing client or business relationship, legitimate record-keeping needs, or applicable legal requirements. Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived as appropriate.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information under our control.

Your choices and access

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access to or correction of that information, or ask questions about how it has been handled. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
