Pass the next step, not just the transcript

A long conversation can still leave the next person guessing. A useful handoff makes the request, the current state and the next action easy to find.

This is the operating pattern Ariy aims to preserve between Nia, Remy and authorized people. The specific customer-facing surfaces depend on your configured workflow.

Include what changes the next decision

  • The customer’s request and the relevant details already provided.
  • What has been tried and what actually succeeded.
  • Open questions, unresolved issues and any deadline.
  • The current owner and the next required action.
  • Evidence, approved policies and permissions that affect that action.

Be precise about what happened

“Booking requested” and “booking confirmed” tell different stories. So do “message prepared,” “sent” and “delivered.” Preserve the real state, especially after a timeout or failure.

Report a broken handoff with context

If you have to repeat information, note where you started, who or what you were passed to and which detail was lost. Share only the necessary information through the existing private support conversation.

That report can become a correction to the workflow and a regression case. It should not become a public example containing your customer’s identifiable information.
