Ariy&Co brand guide
A public guide to how Ariy should look, sound, and represent the product — from brand voice and interface language to teammate identity and customer-facing experiences.
Voice · Product · Interface · Editorial
Public guide · 2026
01 · Brand position
Ariy is building a new kind of workplace infrastructure around AI teammates. Customers should experience a system in which work can be owned, carried forward, researched, supervised, remembered, connected, and surfaced when human judgement is needed.
The immediate product promise is simple: the work should have somewhere competent to go.
The deeper system thesis is that AI teammates should not reset every morning. That idea should only become a stronger public promise as governed memory, evidence, correction, and evaluation earn it.
Serious underneath
There is a real operating system beneath the experience: ownership, work state, evidence, memory, supervision, and handoff.
Warm on the surface
People should not feel like they are operating sterile infrastructure simply because the system is technically serious.
Grounded in reality
Teammate identity, editorial storytelling, and public claims must stay behind what the product can actually demonstrate.
02 · Voice
Clear, observant, direct, calm, lightly conversational, and technically credible. Ariy should sound like a team that understands the work — not like a layer of AI marketing wrapped around it.
Prefer
“Nia keeps the customer story intact when the work changes hands.”
Avoid
“Our cutting-edge AI-powered conversational agent transforms omnichannel customer experiences.”
Tone changes with the surface
Marketing site
Clear, restrained, confident.
Product UI
Operational, concise, understandable.
Team profiles
Warmer, more personal, more editorial.
Journal
Thoughtful, reflective, evidence-backed.
Technical system profiles
Precise, curious, architecture-aware.
Incident / eval material
Direct and factual.
03 · Visual language
The public identity uses a small, stable core: warm cream, dark ink, amber emphasis, large confident typography, quiet lines, real product surfaces, and enough space to let the work read clearly.
Wordmark
Keep the mark clear and calm. Give it room. It should not compete with busy imagery or novelty AI graphics.
Typography
Make every impression count.
Production stack: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif.
Eyebrow
Small uppercase context. Precise, not shouty.
Interface heading
Dense hierarchy, short labels, direct language.

Quiet dividers and surface boundaries
Whitespace, hierarchy, and strong composition should do more work than decoration.
Ariy belongs in everyday working life. Familiar materials and recognizable context beat sci-fi shorthand.
A real state, handoff, graph, recovery moment, or shipped change is more persuasive than ornamental AI imagery.
Not every surface needs a teammate portrait, a gradient, or a claim about intelligence.
04 · Product language
Product UI should be operational, concise, and understandable. The workspace becomes denser than the marketing site because the information is denser — not because Ariy becomes a different brand.
Show ownership · state · evidence · next action · attention
What the team is handling, what is moving, and where you fit into the work.
Command Centre
The interface makes ownership, state, and the next useful action visible without forcing the work into one giant conversation.

Current ownership and work that can be picked up.

Teammates
People, AI teammates, and the work around them.
Shared floor
Team Chat

Product language
Show the work before decorating it.
Ariy’s denser product surfaces still use the same warm neutrals, dark ink, amber emphasis, compact labels, and restrained borders as the public site.
05 · Front Desk language
Nia is the first customer conversation, not a generic chatbot. She should listen, work out what matters, take care of what she can, and bring someone in when the work belongs somewhere else.
The useful rule is human in rhythm, not identity. Warm and natural does not mean pretending to be a human employee.
Front Desk building blocks
Each component appears only when it helps the customer move forward. Together they should still feel like one continuous conversation.

Scheduling appears inside the conversation only when booking becomes the next useful action.
I just need your best contact to confirm it.
Ask only for the details required to complete the action already underway.

I’ll pass this to our Strategy & Design team.
They’ll get the conversation and your project details, so you won’t have to start again.
When the work moves to someone else, the useful context moves with it.

Give me a sec — I’m having a little trouble saving that.
I’m retrying it now. You don’t need to send anything again.
If something fails behind the scenes, the interface bridges the moment without making the customer start over.
You’re all set. Here’s what happens next.

Strategy & Design
Close important moments with a clear record of what happened and what comes next.
The input stays quiet and familiar so the conversation remains the primary interaction.
06 · Teammate identity
Product imagery should make role separation and identity easier to understand. Editorial imagery can be richer and more expressive, but fictional representation must never be presented as documentary photography of a human employee.
Product context
Compact identity. Clear role. Conversation first.
Editorial context
More expressive, while staying clearly a designed AI identity.

Nia · Front Desk
Warm. Modern. Expressive. Premium. Approachable.
The stable rule is not one rendering technique. The stable rule is recognizability, role clarity, and honest representation.

Product avatar
Small enough to support the interface, not become the interface.
07 · Brand boundaries
The Ariy website and workspace should keep a coherent Ariy identity. A deployed Front Desk can adapt to a customer’s presentation without rewriting Ariy’s product language underneath it.
Customer expression
Ariy keeps its own visual identity. A deployed Front Desk can adapt its primary accent and light or dark treatment without changing the interaction model underneath.
Try the surface
This is a presentation specimen for the brand guide, not a claim that every customization control is already exposed in production settings.

08 · The test
Ariy should increasingly ground its identity in real interface, real graphs, real evidence, real evals, real shipped changes, and real community work. Generated teammate imagery can add identity around those artifacts. It should not substitute for them.
If a visual choice makes Ariy feel more like generic enterprise software, a chatbot startup, a sci-fi AI lab, or an AI-generated lifestyle account with a product attached, it is probably moving in the wrong direction.
