A useful response still counts when the visitor does not book. An opening click or an attempt with no successful response does not.

The 50 free conversations reset on the first day of each month in your business timezone. They do not accumulate. Purchased, unused conversations carry forward and are used only after the free allowance.
You receive a warning before the allowance runs out. New AI conversations pause at the limit unless you explicitly add capacity. Already-started work finishes within a bounded allowance, with a configured contact fallback for new visitors. Existing appointments and their management remain accessible.
Ask us about a configured connection for compatible AI assistants. It can expose approved public business information, customer questions and enquiries, with appointment actions limited to the calendar permissions you enable. Your website allowance and optional capacity remain as shown above. We confirm assistant access and usage terms with you before enabling the connection; there is no separate MCP package to buy on this page.
Simple configured Google Calendar booking is included in the conversation, with one host and appointment type. There is no separate booking allowance or charge. You can use a supported existing website; you do not need to buy a website from Ariy. Self-serve appointment changes and Microsoft Calendar are not included in this first scope.
Free setup requests are open. Activation follows a setup and reliability check; submitting a request does not connect a calendar or switch Nia on. No card is collected for a free setup request. The capacity pack is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription or automatic overage. Top-up purchasing is coming with usage billing. No payment is taken here. Applicable taxes are shown before any future payment. Existing customer agreements are not changed by this page.
