For the customer who arrives while you’re busy.

A customer has a question while you’re finishing a job. Another wants to book a time. Someone else needs a callback, but hasn’t explained what it’s about yet. Those small conversations need attention, even when you’re already giving yours to someone else.

Nia is Ariy’s AI Front Desk teammate. She helps customers find answers, gathers the details of an enquiry and carries the conversation into a useful next step. On October 16, 2026, we introduced her new home at ariy.co/nia.

See the conversation become useful work.

The new page walks through booking, service questions, lead intake, callback requests, file uploads and website reviews. Each animated example shows how a conversation can develop, from the first question to the details a business needs next.

These are illustrative workflows. What Nia can complete for a business depends on its setup, permissions and connected services. Booking needs a configured calendar; a callback request gives the team something to follow up on.

Try her in a business like yours.

Two interactive demos put Nia in familiar service settings: an HVAC business and an accounting practice. Visitors can explore the questions customers bring to each business and try the conversation for themselves.

Nia supports English, French, Spanish, Tamil and more. The current demos offer English and Tamil.

Keep the details with the handoff.

A useful first conversation should leave the next person prepared. Nia can collect what the customer needs, their contact details and their preferred next step, so a person can pick up with the relevant context.

The page also explains phone and AI voicemail services, and how compatible AI assistants can reach participating businesses through Nia’s MCP connection. Phone services are configured around the business. The public MCP connection supports questions and enquiries; calendar booking through MCP is not available.

Start with the conversations your business receives.

Nia’s setup begins with your services, hours, service area and the questions customers ask most. You decide the boundaries and when a person should take over.

Explore the new page to see the workflows, try a business demo and find the starting point that fits your business.
